Access
Course purchases grant personal, non-transferable access. Do not share credentials or materials outside your team without permission.
Your account is for a single user unless a team or enterprise plan explicitly allows multiple seats. You are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use.
Payments & Refunds
Prices are displayed before checkout. If you experience issues, contact us within 14 days for help.
- Taxes may apply based on your location and will be shown at checkout.
- Refunds are evaluated case‑by‑case to prevent abuse. We may request context to verify access or technical issues.
- Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension while we investigate.
- Discounts and promotions are time‑limited and cannot be applied retroactively unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions & Billing
If you enroll in a subscription plan, it renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. Access continues through the paid period and ends at the next renewal date after cancellation.
- Failed payments may trigger automated retries. If payment cannot be collected, we may pause access until resolved.
- Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges where applicable.
Acceptable Use
- No scraping or automated downloads.
- No harmful or deceptive behavior.
- Respect intellectual property and brand guidelines.
Any attempt to bypass access controls, share paid content publicly, or misrepresent your identity is prohibited.
License & Intellectual Property
We grant a limited, revocable license to access course materials for personal or internal business education. All content remains the property of its respective owners. You may not redistribute, resell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Liability
We provide educational content “as is.” Outcomes depend on application and context.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Suspension & Termination
